尊主颂
Magnificat
我心尊主为大；
我灵以神我的救主为乐；
因为他顾念他使女的卑微；
My soul proclaims the greatness of the Lord
and my spirit exalts in God my Savior;
because He has looked upon His lowly handmaid.
从今以后，万代要称我有福。
因为那有权能的为我做了大事；
Yes, from this day forward
all generations will call me blessed,
for the Almighty has done great things for me.
他的名是圣的。
他怜悯敬畏他的人，
直到世世代代。
Holy is His name,
and His mercy reaches from age to age
for those who fear Him.
他用膀臂施展大能；
他赶散心里妄想的狂傲人。
他叫有权柄的失位，
叫卑贱的升高。
He has shown the power of His arm.
He has routed the proud of heart.
He has pulled down princes from their thrones
and exalted the lowly.
他叫饥饿的饱餐美食，
叫富足的空手回去。
他扶助了他的仆人以色列，不忘记施怜悯，
正如他对我们的列祖说过，
「怜悯亚伯拉罕
和他的后裔，直到永远。」
The hungry He has filled with good things,
the rich sent empty away.
He has come to the help of Israel His servant,
mindful of His mercy
-according to the promise He made to our ancestors-
of His mercy to Abraham
and to His descendants forever.
